Old Town Cottage with
Castle & Sea Views!
Sea Biscuit Cottage is situated on a quiet street in the Old Town just below the beautiful St Mary's Church which was built in the 12th century.
The cottage is an end of terrace with the living space on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of a double and a twin bedroom, separate WC and modern bathroom with stand alone bath and large walk in shower.
To the rear is a lovely decked yard.
INSIDE THE COTTAGE
Living Room
Situated to the front of the property we have a cosy living room with three seater sofa, chair and coffee table. For those colder nights we have a wood burning stove, above which is a large smart TV.
Please note we only provide a starter for the wood burner to cover you for your first night.
Dining Room
The dining room has French doors leading out onto the decked yard which is south faces so benefits from the sun most of the day. There is a 4/5 seater dining table for family meals and we also provide a host of information on the sideboard to help you enjoy your stay and explore the two and surroundings areas
Kitchen
Leading off the dining room is a newly fitted kitchen, which has a separate door out to the rear yard. The kitchen features an integrated oven, microwave, ceramic touch control hob, and slimline dishwasher. There is also a free standing fridge/freezer and washing machine. To the rear of the kitchen is a built in bench seat and small coffee table.
Bathroom
Situated on the first floor, the bathroom features a modern freestanding bath, large walk in shower, heated towel rail and sink.
Some of the best views in the house can be enjoyed whilst you get ready for your day. From the bathroom you have beautiful view of the lighthouse and out to sea.
Toilet
Situated next to the bathroom is the WC, which has it's own small hand sink.
Landing
The landing between the two bedrooms in the cottage we have turned into a small reading corner. Accent chair, freestanding lamp and of course some shelves with books!
Double Bedroom
Situated on the first floor to the rear of the property the double bedroom benefit from beautiful sea views.
Within the room you have a double bed, wardrobe, hairdryer and everything you might need for a cosy nights sleep.
Twin Bedroom
The twin room is also on the first floor but to the front of the property where you have views St. Mary's Church. The twin room is a spacious room with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, clothes rails, modular cube unit and chest of drawers.
Outside
To the rear of the property there is a private decked yard which being south facing benefits from sun throughout the majority of the day. There is access to the side passageway and the bins are also located to the rear of the yard.
The front of the property leads straight onto the pavement of Garibaldi Street a quiet residential street with great access to both the North and South bay.
Parking
Parking for the property is local council operated on street parking, with spaces directly outside the cottage. we provide scratch cards and discs to cover your stay so there is no additional charge for parking. Street around the cottage which has parking spaces can be seen on the map highlight in blue. Please be advised all road within the vicinity of the property are not through roads so bear in mind you may need to reverse back out.
